Sharon Beaudoin, MPH, RYT, RD, CIMT
First and foremost, I’m a mom! I have two delightful children, one age 7 years, the other just 16 months old. Our babies grow up so quickly, it's important to stay present and live each moment fully. When we can find ways to bring mindfulness into our daily lives, we can experience the love and joy of parenting more fully.
My yoga training is in the Viniyoga tradition and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I have specialized training in prenatal and post-partum yoga, restorative yoga, yoga to improve sleep, and am a Certified Infant Massage Teacher. I am also a prenatal health educator, trained birth doula, and nutritionist.
I absolutely love teaching pre and post-natal yoga. My prenatal classes are meditative and renewing, and focus on building a strong breath practice to support a healthy labor and birth experience. My prenatal partner workshops contain tools to help mom's body relax and open during labor. Belly After Baby is a class that I designed to help moms find their core strength again. My infant massage classes provide a framework for how to massage your infant, which increases bonding and improves health.

Curtis, RYT
Shelley has been practicing yoga for 10 years and Viniyoga for 5 years. Yoga came into her life as a way to rehabilitate from a minor back injury, and she quickly fell in love with the way it made her body feel. An avid bike rider, Shelley found yoga helped her maintain strength and flexibility, but is was when she started practicing Viniyoga that she understood how much yoga could help her maintain a sense of peace and calmness.
After giving birth to her first son four years ago, Shelley became a certified post-partum doula, and decided to combine her skills as doula and Viniyoga teacher to provide support to new moms; to help pregnant women prepare for birth; and teach them how to decrease some of the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
