Sharon Beaudoin, MPH, RYT, RD, CIMT

First and foremost, I’m a mom! My daughter just turned 4, which I more or less can't believe.  Our babies grow up so quickly, it's important to stay present and live each moment fully.  When we can find ways to bring mindfulness into our daily lives, we can experience the love and joy of parenting more fully. 

My yoga training is in the Viniyoga tradition and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher. I have specialized training in prenatal and post-partum yoga, restorative yoga, yoga to improve sleep, and am a Certified Infant Massage Teacher. I am also a prenatal health educator, trained birth doula, and nutritionist.

I strive to teach classes that enhance our ability to be present now and am continually grounded as a mother by my personal yoga and Mindfulness meditation practice.  My prenatal classes are meditative and renewing, and focus on building a strong breath practice to support a healthy labor and birth experienc
