Peaceful Mama Yoga offers restorative, renewing prenatal and postnatal yoga classes and infant massage workshops in Seattle.   All Peaceful Mama Yoga classes focus on enhancing each individual's ability to be present in each moment and provide an environment for community building and support, while experiencing the physical and emotional benefits of yoga practice.
